Hey lovelies!
I have a spooky Halloween gradient for you guys today. Don't mind my funky looking bats lol. Keep reading to find out how I created this look.
Polish pictured Sinful Shine In The Limelight |
I did the gradient using Sinful Shine In The Limelight and Sinful Colors Calypso. I started with one coat of In the Limelight as a base. I applied In the Limelight and Calypso to a latex free cosmetic wedge and rolled it onto my nails. I only did two passes on each nail.
Item #18503 and #18518 |
I used these brushes I bought from Bornprettystore for the details, items #18503 and #18518. Aren't they so pretty? I've used them for a few months now and they have become my favorite brushes! And I love that they come with tops. You can get your detail brushes here and here.
With the thicker brush (top brush pictured) I went over the gradient with more polish to give it a cloudy look. I used Seche Vite top coat to smooth it out and then drew in the trees and bats with the striper brush (bottom brush pictured) and black acrylic paint. The moon was done with white acrylic paint and neon green polish to give it a glow effect. One more coat of Seche Vite followed by Salon Perfect Matte Fx top coat.
I love how these turned out!
These were originally done for some nail art challenges for the beginning of this month but I didn't get to post them until now. Hope you guys liked these!
Thank you for reading! Come back to see my next look! ;)
