Immortal Beloved Trio Swatch & Review

Hi guys!

I have a beautiful trio called Immortal Beloved Trio which is inspired by Vampires. The makers are Poetry Cowgirl Nail Polish, Leesha's Lacquer, and Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer. This trio launches on Saturday October 1st at 12pm EST. Ready to see swatches?

Immortal Beloved Trio

Poetry Cowgirl Sparkle in the Sun
Poetry Cowgirl Nail Polish Sparkle in the Sun is a metallic silver loaded with holo sparkles and glitters, and a touch of orange-green shifting iridescent glitter. Formula is very good for a glitter polish. My swatch shows two coats plus top coat. Photo taken under two direct daylight bulbs.

Sparkle in the Sun Macro
Leesha's Lacquer Blood Sucker
Leesha's Lacquer Blood Sucker is a juicy blood red jelly with black and iridescent glitter. My swatch shows three thin coats plus top coat. If you do thick coats it could be opaque in two coats. Make sure you wait in between coats to prevent pulling.

Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer Fang-tastic
Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer Fang-tastic is a rich black polish with copper glitters, red flakies, and hint of holo glitter in a jelly like base. My swatch shows three thin coats plus top coat. I love the copper and red glitters in this!

And here is the matte macro of Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer Fang-tastic. It really is Fang-tastic!

I really enjoyed each polish in this trio. Each one is different and all with great formulas,

The Lacquer Ring: Lace

Hi lovelies!

I haven't done any prompts for The Lacquer Ring and I decided to come back to it with the lace prompt. I love lace nails. I have several plates with lace designs but for this I decided to freehand it since I haven't done that in a while either.

Let's take a look at how it turned out.

Sinful Colors Mint 2B Cool

I rushed a bit through it but I love how this looks matte. I used Sinful Colors Mint 2B Cool, two coats, and used Salon Perfect Oil Slick for the black lace and a thin stripper brush from bornprettystore. Topped it with Seche Vite top coat and Zoya Matte Velvet top coat.

I was actually inspired by some tattoos I have pined on Pinterest. I really want to get a tattoo like those two middle nails. I love how pretty those kind of tattoos look.

I hope you all enjoyed this look. What do you think?

Thank you so much for stopping by. Don't forget to leave me a comment :)

Jior Couture Reformation
Reformation is a blue jelly polish with multichrome flakies throughout. It's so squishy looking! Swatch shows three coats plus topcoat. It's a jelly polish so you will have visible nail line. You can layer it over a similar color if you prefer though.

Jior Couture Hope over Awakened
Hope is a microglitter/multichrome topper. It's meant to be worn over darker colors. Here I tried one coat over Awakened. I love how it looks.

Hope over Awakened
Jior Couture Hope over Orly Plum Noir
Hope over Orly Plum Noir a dark berry purple. You can see the green to blue shift.

Hope Over Orly Plum Noir Macro

Overall I think this is a great collection. I didn't have any issues with any of the formulas and I love the colors! I bet some of these would look great matte! Which ones did you like best? My favorites from this collection would have to be Resurrection and Forgiveness. I will be using some of these in some nail art soon so be on the lookout. This was my first time working with Jior Couture and I had a great experience.

Formula X: The System Xcel Review

Hello!

I have been a member of the Influenster program for a while now and I've received a couple boxes and they have been awesome but I have never received nail polish in any of them until now. If you haven't heard of the Influenster program before I'll tell you about it. Influenster is a product discovery platform where you can discover new products, write reviews and share your favorite products. When you sign up you fill out surveys to see if you qualify for any of their VoxBoxes. When you do qualify for a VoxBox you check in your box when you receive it, you review the items and share on your media sites. Pretty easy right? If you would like to join I'll leave my signup link at the bottom.

So this month I received the Formula X The System Xcel box which includes Delete All 5-finger nail polish remover, nail cleanser, base coat, top coat and the color TGIF. This is a gel like system that may last up to ten days.

Formula X The System Xcel

I only wore this for five days so I'll show you my results.

I removed my old polish and cleaned my nails with the Cleanse Xcel nail cleanser then I applied the base coat followed by two coats of TGIF. The formula on TGIF was great and I love the color. I waited for each coat to dry and finished my mani with the Shine Xcel topcoat. Full mani probably took about 15 min to complete.

Day 1
TGIF day 1
Day 5
Close up day 5

This didn't start chipping until day 5 on my left hand, my right hand had a tiny chip on my index finger on day 4. I was pretty rough with my hands doing mommy duties and I also just started a part time job this week.

To remove the polish I stuck two fingers in the Delete All nail polish remover and it took it off pretty quick.
Probably took a minute or two  to remove the polish from all ten nails.

I have to say that the results are pretty great. I will definitely be using this system a lot, now I just have to get more colors. What do you guys think? Like the results? Will you be trying this system? Let me know below.

Thank you for stopping by!
