Purple & Red Vday Nails

Happy Monday everyone!

Let's get right into today's design. I wanted a not so common color combo so let's take a look.

Leesha's Lacquer Witches Brew

I love how the red pops over this gorgeous purple base!

Items used MPolish INAV, clear stamper from bps, Zoya matte top coat
Leesha's Lacquer Witches Brew, Moyou London Pro 09,
Seche Vite top coat

I used two coats of Leesha's Lacquer Witches Brew from her Holloween collection. I'm not sure if it's still available but you can take a look at Witches Brew swatch here. I stamped over my two middle nails using MPolish I Need A Vacation with Moyou London Pro-XL 09.

Applied one coat of Seche Vite top coat and since I wanted a matte look I applied one coat of Zoya Matte Velvet top coat.

M Polish 'I Need A Vacation'

Here's another look at this heart stamped mani. I think I should've stamped all my nails! I might be using this color as a base for more stamping over it soon!

What do you think of this look? Hope you guys enjoyed today's post. Don't forget to check out the other bloggers looks for 14 days of Valentine's on the InLinkz below.

Thank you for stopping by. Happy polishing! ;)

Bestie Twin Nails with @color.obsessed

Hello my friends!

It's BTN time again! This time I did BTN with @color.obsessed from Instagram. We decided on a design from a gorgeous dress I found on Pinterest.

Here is the collage.

I love her version. It's so pretty! Don't you think?

My solo:
opi-mpolish
Polish Pictured OPI Yoga-ta Get This Blue

I did a blue gradient followed by a glitter gradient and then a coat of fairy dust from China Glaze. Final step was stamping. I stamped an image from Pet'la Plate Flake No More with M Polish Bronze. I also used the clear jelly stamper to help me with my placement. If anyone wants a review for that stamper leave a comment below.

M Polish Bronze

seche-vite
Gradient before the stamping

I used OPI Yoga-ta Get This Blue, No Room for the Blues and Rimmel London Blue Eyed Girl for the gradient. I sponged on Revlon Holographic Pearls on the tips and then applied a coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust. Topped it off with one coat of Seche Vite top coat.

Matte version

I wanted to see how it looked matte so I applied one coat of Zoya Matte Velvet. I loved it so much more! I didn't want to take it off ever!

Macro matte version

That's it folks. If you have any questions leave them below. I hope you guys enjoyed these BTN.

This collection is perfect for stamping or for wearing as traditional polish. Formula is thick but not difficult to work with. It's opaque in one easy coat or two coats if you prefer thinner coats. It dries to a dull finish but comes to life with top coat so don't skip it! This M Polish collection certainly didn't disappoint! I love them and can't pick a favorite. Which is your favorite?

Collection is available now in full size and mini. There will be a restock soon and there will be a cyber monday sale of 25% off so get ready!

M Polish You Are My Symphony swatch & review

Hey lovelies!

It's almost the weekend! Yay!

Today I have a special polish to show you. It's a limited edition polish from M Polish called You Are My Symphony.

You Are My Symphony was created by Karen from @pish.posh.polish and her sister for Kent, who at 16 years old suffered a stroke. 50% of the proceeds from the sales of You Are My Symphony will be donated to Kent and his family to help him on his long road to recovery.

M Polish You Are My Symphony

You Are My Symphony is a blackish-red polish with subtle holo shimmer. It's thick and opaque because it's designed to be for stamping. You could wear it on its own if you wish of course. My swatch shows 1 easy coat plus topcoat under direct daylight bulbs.

Here is another angle so you can see more of that subtle holo.

And of course the macro so you can see it even better.

You Are My Symphony stamped over Zoya Ana. I had to use this image with the music notes from plate BP-79. It seemed very fitting.

This polish dries with a bit of a matte finish so don't skip the topcoat. Topcoat brings out all the pretty holo.

Excuse my bad stamping. That was a me problem and not a polish problem.

You Are My Symphony is a limited edition polish. Once it's sold out it will not be restocked! Full size (15mL) retails for $10.50 and also comes in mini (5mL) for $4.50. Available now on mpolishes.com Get yours before it's gone!

Read Karen's post for more info on Kent and her review of this polish.

That's all folks. Thank you for reading ;)
