April Polish Pick Up: Jior Couture

Hello my lovelies!

I got a chance to swatch Jior's contribution of April's PPU. How exciting! April's theme is Across the Universe-Planets & Galaxies. Jior's contribution is named 'Gamora Doesn't Dance' which was an inspiration from Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy. I took so many photos of this. It was so hard to pick just one or two photos to post!

Gamora Doesn't Dance is a gold/green/pink/purple holo multi-chrome with some multi-chrome shifting flakies. My swatches show two coats plus top coat. Taken under a daylight bulb in a light box.

Zoya Nail Polish: Thrive Spring 2018 Collection Swatch & Review

Look at me trying to catch up on all my swatching and blogging! I'm finally able to show you guys the Thrive Spring Collection by Zoya. The collection consists of six shades that range from metallics, cremes and a topper. Let's take a look shall we.

Darby

 Darby can be described as a dusty gull gray metallic. Swatch shows two coats

Trudith

 Trudith can be described as a muted wisteria purple creme. Swatch shows two coats.

Brandi

 Brandi can be described as a blush pink creme. Swatch shows two coats.

Monroe

 Monroe can be described as a glamour pink creme. Swatch shows two coats.

Leisel

 Leisel can be described as a sheer, sparkling purple topper with a metallic finish. Swatch shows three coats.

Haruko

 Haruko can be described as a soft violet metallic. Swatch shows two coats.

Haruko macro

This collection was so pretty. Formula on Darby and Haruko was on the thin side but became opaque on the second coat. The cremes could be one coaters if you have a heavy hand. I always like to do two coats. My favorite from this collection is definitely Haruko. It looks so pretty in real life.

Essie Nail Polish: Treat Love & Color Part 1

Hola!

A couple weeks ago I received a package from Preen.me and Essie. I received 13 TLC shades. In January Essie released 24 new Treat Love & Color shades. Treat Love & Color is an advanced 1 step care and color formula which means no base coat or top coat are needed. In a week nails are instantly brighter and stronger. I'm actually excited to try these since my nails have been breaking a lot and have been peeling.

I received different finishes, from cremes, shimmers, and sheers and various colors. I will be showing 8 of the 13 today and the rest later this week.

Sheers To You

Sheers To You- sheer pink blush with shimmer through out. Three thin coats.

I love all of these colors. The brush and the formula are great. I really like the brush! I've been wearing Sheers To You for a couple days now. Such a soft pretty color.

I have Zoya's Bridal Bliss to share with you guys today. You might have already seen these shades before and that's because they are all re-releases except Brighton which is a new color. These were all chosen to give brides a great assortment of colors to choose from on their special day.

Let's get started! All swatches show two coats on their own, unless specified, under 1 daylight bulb. Photos taken with a cell phone.

Bridal Bliss

Zoya Leia

Leia is a sheer, opalescent white with flecks of fuchsia, green and gold.

Zoya Brighton

Brighton is described as a full coverage diamond holographic sift nude.

Zoya Chantal

Chantal is described as a delicious full coverage french vanilla cream.

Zoya McKenna

Mckenna is described as a refined pearl in a soft almond shade.

Zoya Loretta

Loretta is described as a light beige with a sheer creme finish. Perfect for a natural nail look.

Zoya Erika

Erika is described as a soft girly pale baby pink with lots of gold shimmer through out. This one is 3 coats on its own.

Zoya Bela

Bela is a ballet slipper pink in a sheer milky creme finish. Perfect base for french manicures. Shown in 3 coats.

Zoya Avril

Avril is a soft neutral pink with light brown undertones in a milky creme base.

Zoya Rue

Rue is described as a full coverage boudoir blush cream.

Zoya Abby

Abby is a light lavender cream. Perfect soft color for spring!

Zoya Blu

Blu is described as a full coverage soft, delicate baby blue with a glossy creme finish.

Zoya Snow White

Snow White is a full coverage white cream.

Overall I think Zoya did a great job in selecting these shades for a bridal collection. My favorites have been definitely been Erika, Abby, and Blu. EA Polish Swatch & Review

I have so many swatches to share with you guys but my laptop has been acting up and I can't upload photos to my blog from my phone (sad face). So I'm going to try to catch up. If you're still with me thank you!

I have two shades from EA Polish to show you today. EA Polish is a non-toxic, cruelty-free brand that has encouraging messages on its bottles.They have a nourishing base coat and fast drying top coat which come in a duo for $10!

First Step base coat

First Step base coat helps smooth out ridges and strengthens your nails. I wear it on its own sometimes and makes my nails look so healthy. Swatch shows one coat.

Confidence

Confidence is a caramel colored creme. Reminds me of Dulce de Leche. Swatch shows two coats over First Step base coat topped with Ready 2 Go top coat.

F.A.I.L

 F.A.I.L is a metallic creme with fuchsia shimmer through out. It's one of those purples that depending on the light they photographs blue. Swatch shows two coats.
